Unlike general-purpose manufacturing sites, our bases are purpose-built for blowout preventers (BOPs) and supporting systems, ensuring precision, compliance with international standards (API 6A, GB/T 22513, ISO 9001), and flexibility for custom client needs. Our three bases are strategically located in Hebei and Jiangsu provinces—key industrial hubs with robust logistics, mature supply chains, and access to skilled talent. Hebei’s strength in heavy industry provides easy access to high-quality raw materials (alloy steel, specialized rubber) and mechanical manufacturing expertise, ideal for BOP production. Jiangsu’s advanced precision machining capabilities and proximity to major ports (Shanghai, Ningbo) optimize production of supporting equipment and global export efficiency. This distribution ensures operational resilience, reduced lead times, and seamless collaboration across product lines.
Spanning a combined 25,000 square meters, these bases specialize in R&D and production of BOPs, BOP accessories, and BOP control systems. Each facility features specialized workshops designed for the full product lifecycle:
