Recently, 10 units of 11"-3000psi Shaffer-type spherical packing elements for annular BOPs have completed all manufacturing and quality inspection procedures and are ready for shipment to Duri Oilfield, Indonesia, to support the oilfield’s routine workover operations.

As the core sealing component of Shaffer-type annular blowout preventers, these packing elements are integrally vulcanized with alloy steel support ribs and high-performance rubber. With a rated working pressure of 3,000 psi and an 11-inch bore diameter, they adapt to sealing demands for various pipe string specifications. All products are manufactured and tested in strict compliance with API 16A standards, with sealing performance and service life fully meeting on-site operational requirements.

BMS, the customer operating at Duri Oilfield, is a long-standing and stable partner of our company. The customer regularly procures 20 to 30 units of this exact packing element every year for on-site maintenance and replacement, and this batch delivery represents another smooth fulfillment of our ongoing regular cooperation.
