HUABEI OILFIELD, Hebei, China — September 26, 2026

RZY ENERGY, a China-based manufacturer of blowout preventer (BOP) units and aftermarket sealing elements, today announced the completion and dispatch of a new batch of 18-35 LWS variable bore ram (VBR) rubber seals to its client in Brazil. The shipment marks the customer's third consecutive order for the same specification.

The delivered seals are purpose-engineered to match RZY ENERGY's own upgraded, one-piece forged HF-type ram, designed as an improvement to the 18-35 LWS BOP platform. Matching the elastomer element to a ram body developed in-house eliminates the interface tolerance and sealing inconsistency commonly seen when generic seals are retrofitted onto third-party ram bodies. The seals are molded from high-performance NBR/HNBR compounds suitable for drilling mud, brine, oil-based fluids, and sour-service environments, and are produced to API 16A guidance.

The repeat order reflects growing confidence among South American drilling operators and contractors in qualified Chinese BOP aftermarket suppliers that can deliver drop-in, OEM-compatible sealing components with shorter lead times and full technical traceability.
