Operation Methods
Ram Opening Methods
  • Hydraulic Direct Opening: Inject 8.4-10.5MPa high-pressure oil into ram opening cavity to drive ram assembly away from wellhead center
  • Hydraulic Opening After Manual Unlocking: First rotate handwheel counterclockwise to unlock, then supply pressure to opening cavity
Bonnet Operation
  • Bonnet Opening: Loosen fixing bolts, inject hydraulic oil into closing oil passage to push bonnets open
  • Bonnet Closing: Inject hydraulic oil into opening oil passage to push bonnets closed, then tighten fixing bolts
Wellhead Installation & Inspection
Pre-Installation Inspection

  • Check sealing ring grooves and flange surfaces for defects and cleanliness

Installation Steps

  • Pipeline & Component Connection: Connect hydraulic control pipelines with clear labeling and install kill and choke manifolds
Post-Installation Inspection
  • Confirm correct installation direction and proper bolt tightening
  • Test ram-bonnet linkage with 2-3MPa control pressure
  • Test manual locking mechanism and conduct full-system pressure test
